The world is full of giants today. The Goliaths of modern day are in no means any less imposing and formidable than their biblical counterpart. What's missing though, is the David who can take on these giants and give them a bloody nose. We are all so busy in our day to day living that whenever confronted with a potentially challenging situation, the ususal response is to try and avoid taking on anyone, and ignore rather than face the challenge. This suits the giants just fine.
Be it the arrogant companies who care little for the ordinary consumer, or the government agencies who are careless, callous to say the least, each of these giants can be chewed up bite by bite by ordinary Goliaths like you and me. The slingshots available to us are plenty - there is the RTI, the Consumer Protection Act, and the ever watchful media. Then there is the power of internet - which is what this blog is attempting to target.
So Davids of today, get up and get going. Don't take things lying down. You can teach them a lesson for sure.
